Dr. Arun K. Gupta is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing for 20+ years in Manassas and Fairfax area. Dr.Gupta did his residency through Brown and Boston University Hospital system. Dr. Gupta was recognized as One of the Top Local Doctors in 2010 by The Washington Metropolitan Magazine.
Dr. Gupta’s practice is mainly in office along with Assistant Livings, Elder Homes, Dementia Units, Nursing homes, and home visits. Dr. Gupta’s main concentration is in preventive care, men’s health and Geriatric along with chronic diseases such as diabetes, mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, COPD, and Osteoporosis.
Outside of work he enjoys hiking, golf and travelling to new places.

Dr. Kerry Lewis is a board certified family physician with more than 36 years of private practice experience. He attended undergraduate school at Virginia Commonwealth University and received his medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School Of Medicine.
He served a three-year residency in Family Practice at Fairfax Family Practice Center in Vienna. He thereafter opened his private practice in 1980 in Fairfax City. He now has merged his practice with Dr. Arun Gupta.
Dr Lewis lives in Fairfax with his wife and two dachshunds. His daughter is an OB-GYN doctor in Richmond. His son works for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue. His interests outside of work include Senior League Baseball and Racquetball.

Karen Olmo, MPA, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant who has specialized in primary care/geriatrics and pain management. She is currently working as a primary care provider with Shimla Medical Center. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and then earned her MPA at Eastern Virginia Medical School, also located in Norfolk. She has 20+ years of experience as a medic and cardiovascular technologist in the U.S. Army. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. Karen is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Ashleigh Wallace has 12 years of experience in the geriatric population, chronic disease management and hospice care. Ashleigh received her M.S. AGNP from George Mason University, summa cum laude. She performed 600+ clinical service hours in various specialties such as hematology/oncology, public health and hospice, with 280+ hours under the guidance of Arun Gupta, MD, and the Shimla medical center.
Ashleigh lives in Fairfax, VA, with her husband and two sons. In her free time, Ashleigh loves spending time with her boys and three nieces, working on crochet crafts, completing house projects and is an avid runner.

Shradha Pandey is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She joined SMC in 2018 and has been practicing since 2017. She believes in patient centered care. She has a particular interest on health promotion and prevention. Outside of work, Shradha enjoys spending time with husband and daughter, traveling, cooking, seeking new food experiences, gardening, and hiking.
